Yanira Bautista, FNP-C, is a skilled Family Nurse Practitioner dedicated to providing comprehensive primary care. Fluent in English and Spanish, she is committed to delivering patient centered and evidence based care. Yanira values building long term relationships with her patients, allowing her to make a meaningful and lasting impact on their health and overall quality of life.

Education and experience:

• More than 11 years of experience specializing in comprehensive primary care across the whole lifespan with a strong focus on preventative medicine and chronic disease management.
• Delivered comprehensive adult and geriatric primary care, diagnosing, treating, and managing complex chronic conditions, as well as promoting preventive health through patient education.
• More than 5 years of experience in value-based primary care, including mentoring and training new clinicians.
• Served as the sole Nurse Practitioner in an outpatient setting managing an average of 20-25 patients with complex medical and psychosocial needs.
• 6 years of experience at a Medical Intensive Care Unit, both as a Charge Nurse and an ICU nurse.
• Holds a Master of Science in Nursing from Texas Woman’s University.
• Earned a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Texas Woman’s University.
