Javier Neuman, FNP-C

Javier Neuman, FNP-C, is a dedicated and compassionate Family Nurse Practitioner. A native Spanish speaker fluent in English, Javier excels at advocating for patients from diverse backgrounds and fostering lasting, trust-based relationships. He is passionate about improving health outcomes and is committed to making a meaningful difference in his patients’ quality of life.

Education and experience:

• Holds a Master of Science in Nursing from South University in Savannah, Georgia, and a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the Higher Institute of Medical Sciences of Havana, in Havana, Cuba.
• Received his Doctor of Medicine degree from the Universidad del Zulia in Maracaibo, Venezuela.
• Has extensive experience in value-based primary care, coordinating patient centered care, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, and advocating for patient needs.
• Served as a Clinical Quality Consultant, delivering advanced data analysis and reporting to identify trends, inform decision making, and support operational improvement.
• Is a member of the American Association of Nurse Practitioners (AANP), the American Nurse Association (ANA), and the Sigma Theta Tau International Honor Society of Nursing.
